Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically credible Scrum Master to support a highly engineering-driven organization operating within complex technical environments.

What You Will Work On

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum processes across technical teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Agile development environments
• Support teams working within software, hardware, and product development
• Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders and engineering leadership
• Help create clarity, structure, and delivery momentum across distributed teams
• Support Agile program coordination and cross-team collaboration
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery and efficiency
• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and effective collaboration
• Challenge existing processes and contribute to improved ways of working
• Support delivery planning, team alignment, and stakeholder communication

What You Bring

• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master
• Experience from Agile programs and technically complex environments
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior technical stakeholders
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to drive improvements and create structure within Agile organizations
• Confidence working in engineering-driven environments
