We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a product team within Supply Chain.
The assignment involves developing, maintaining, and improving AI/ML solutions in a modern cloud-based environment.
The consultant will work closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable and reliable machine learning solutions that support business-critical processes.

The role requires a strong combination of software engineering and machine learning expertise, with involvement throughout the entire AI/ML lifecycle—from design and development to testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Participate in all phases of the AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement appropriate testing strategies for AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Write user stories and technical documentation to ensure transparency and clarity within the team.
• Apply coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical decision-making regarding tools, frameworks, and implementation approaches.
• Support MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, alternatively equivalent professional experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies.
• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with MLOps practices and machine learning operationalization.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based development.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical challenges.

• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Experience working with multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade machine learning solutions.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or related business domains.
