Overview
As a Data Center Technician (DCT) within Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) organisation, you will help build, maintain, and support the infrastructure that powers Microsoft's global cloud services.
In this hands-on role, you will deploy and configure hardware, perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, and support hardware refreshes and decommissioning activities.
You will follow established operational procedures while helping to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Microsoft's datacentre environment.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise, deepen your understanding of datacentre operations, develop mentoring skills, and gain exposure to industry-leading standards in security, hardware management, and operational excellence.
