Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing technical team in Gothenburg.
This position will be responsible for providing overall services and technical support to our SE Site in terms of IT infrastructure, functional capabilities, and information security.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Assess and improve the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) to ensure its smooth and efficient operations, manage the upgrade, optimization, rationalization/replacement, and integration of the IT system in alignment with company IT strategy and policies.

2.
Ensure a high level of IT Security by implementing appropriate tools and systems for data security and cyber security; establish and improve IT security management evolving with industry standards and best practices.

3.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that fit-for-purpose solutions are evaluated and selected based on priority-based cases.
Ensure all applications are delivered and operating efficiently and smoothly.

4.
Helpdesk supporting in our office.

Qualifications

1.
Bachelor's degree holder or above in computer science, information technology or related discipline.

2.
Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, Data Security, Data Integrity, and various business applications, training, and helpdesk services support.

3.
Must have practical experience in internet/web development, knowledge of hardware & software are both required.

4.
Familiar with enterprise network devices (Huawei, Cisco, H3C, Fortinet), TCP/IP network hands-on experience

5.
Knowledge and experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo)

6.
Familiar with Windows/Linux Server, Active Directory, MDT, VMware vSphere, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Gerrit, Jfrog, Prometheus, Grafana

7.
Familiar with MySQL or MS SQL, Redis

8.
Nice Knowledge and administrative experience in Jira and Confluence

9.
Familiar with Microsoft O365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, and Google Cloud

10.
Familiar with at least one script language (shell/PowerShell/Python)

11.
Knowledge of Lark, Seal Suite, Feishu Rooms and Docs is a plus

12.
Excellent communication capability in both English
