In this role, you will work together with colleagues across engineering, operations, and design to ensure that what we build today can be safely and efficiently maintained tomorrow.
Where This Role Can Take You

As the maintenance organization grows, there will be opportunities to take on broader functional or team responsibilities, depending on your interests and strengths.
Who you are
You enjoy working at the intersection of engineering disciplines, and you are comfortable moving between the field, design reviews, and thoughtful study work.
You appreciate structured thinking, but you also recognize that good maintenance programs are shaped by the people who run them - so you value clear communication, listening to operations colleagues, and building shared understanding across teams.
