Your crew

Our production team at our brand-new factory in Linköping currently consists of around 100 dedicated people.
We come from different backgrounds, which allows us to complement each other and benefit from each other’s experiences.
Here, we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together.

Your mission

• Create and maintain short- and mid‑term production schedules.
  
• Monitor execution and adjust for deviations or bottlenecks.
  
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
  
• Follow up on WIP, inventory, and lead times.
  
• Maintain planning data and basic master data.
  
• Support improvements in planning accuracy and ERP usage.
  
• Communicate priorities and plan changes.
  
• Contribute to KPI monitoring such as schedule adherence.

Your story

Must’s:

• 2–3 years experience in production planning or similar.
  
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
  
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.
  
• Knowledge of planning analytics or scheduling tools.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  

Nice to have’s:

• Lean/continuous improvement experience.
  
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
