A major transformation is underway in the custody area, where a new IT platform is being introduced to support future business and operations.
In this role, you will act as a key technical focal point for the initiative, working closely with the program architect and helping shape how the target solution comes together across a complex enterprise landscape.

You will work in a business-critical environment with many stakeholders, products, and organizational units.
The role combines architecture, technical leadership, and close collaboration with both engineering and infrastructure teams.
You will influence how data, integrations, APIs, event-driven flows, security, and infrastructure fit together in a robust and scalable solution.

• You will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution architecture in close collaboration with program and solution architects.
• You will translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• You will define architecture for data models, integration patterns, APIs, event-driven flows, and user experience.
• You will create clear architectural documentation, including models, process descriptions, and deployment flows.
• You will work across teams, business units, and geographies to secure alignment and support successful delivery.
• You will collaborate closely with infrastructure teams on networks, identity and access management, authorization, and related technical dependencies.
• You will support development teams in solution design and implementation, helping drive sound technical decisions throughout the transformation.

• Extensive experience as a Technical Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead delivering complex solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture practices, including data architecture and data modelling
• Solid experience with API design and integration patterns
• Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and component-based design
• Good understanding of cloud platforms and security principles
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure-related areas such as networks, identity and access management, and security
• Experience working with architectural frameworks, principles, and tools such as Enterprise Architect or Archi
• Ability to produce documentation that is clear for both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent English

• Experience from custody, investments, or post-trade domains
• Experience from large-scale banking or financial services environments
