About the RoleYou will step into a broad HR role where compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day business support all meet.
In this position, you act as the key HR advisor in a Swedish context, helping managers and employees navigate the full employee lifecycle with confidence while ensuring that processes, documentation, and ways of working align with local labor law and internal governance.
You will work in an international environment with both local and global interfaces, covering everything from union dialogue and work environment matters to recruitment, compensation, and mobility-related topics.

Job Description- You drive and support employee relations matters, including union dialogue, negotiations, consultations, and reorganization-related processes.
- You advise managers on Swedish labor law, work environment obligations, HR policies, and people-related decisions.
- You manage employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation across the employee lifecycle.
- You support onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding, and general HR administration in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
- You coordinate and support salary review and performance review processes and guide managers within approved compensation frameworks.
- You support hiring managers through recruitment activities such as role definition, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- You act as the HR interface for global mobility topics, including international assignments, relocations, and related HR processes where relevant.
- You support the business in meeting work environment responsibilities and collaborate with stakeholders to secure compliant and effective ways of working.
- You review and approve HR-related invoices, including pension invoices and other people-related costs, within internal approval frameworks.
- You work closely with key stakeholders to clarify needs, priorities, and service expectations while providing high-quality HR support to managers and employees.
Requirements- Strong experience working broadly across the full employee lifecycle in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and hands-on experience with employee relations and union dialogue.
- Experience advising managers on work environment matters, HR policies, and people-related questions.
- Experience handling employment contracts, contractual changes, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Experience supporting compensation, salary review, performance review, and recruitment processes.
- Ability to collaborate with both local stakeholders and global interfaces in a structured and service-minded way.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
