HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

Role: HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

Seniority Level: Intermediate

Locations: Jonsered, Stockholm, or Huskvarna, Sweden

Remote Work: 50%

Assignment Period: 1 September 2025 – 31 December 2025 (with possible extension)

Assignment Description

An experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner is sought to support strategic and operational HR initiatives within a dynamic organization.
The role combines hands-on human resource management with leadership coaching, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning to build a competitive and future-ready organization

  • Coach and support leaders to succeed in their roles and drive team performance

  • Promote and maintain strong labor law and union relationships

  • Act as a cultural ambassador and advocate for an exceptional employee experience

  • Support the organization across a wide range of HR functions, including:
  • Talent management

  • Compensation and benefits

  • Leadership development

  • Recruitment and onboarding

  • Employee relations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role

  • Solid understanding of core HR disciplines and the employee lifecycle

  • Experience in a global business environment is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Willingness to travel occasionally between office locations (Huskvarna, Jonsered, Stockholm)
