About the role

As an Operations Enablement Specialist, you play a key role in helping the business deliver on its commitments by ensuring teams have the structure, tools, and insights needed to operate effectively.
You will drive initiatives that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational readiness.
Your work enables better decision-making by turning data into actionable insights, tracking progress across teams, and providing clear updates to leadership.
You will also support governance of policies and process structures to ensure consistent and effective operations across the organization

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of voicing and acting on new ideas and values good communication with internal and/or external stakeholders.
