In September 2024 we are opening Bullarbyn Bageri in Malmö! It will be a small-scale artisanal bakery, that showcases different home-style European baking traditions and be the place focused on quality of taste and execution.
It will be located in central Malmö (Triangeln/Rörsjöstaden).

This is why we are looking for a talented head baker.
We see head baker as a person that takes care of a daily production, is responsible for quality of baked goods, as well as organisational side of stuff.
We also want to leave a room for creativity, with developing new recipes and implementing changes in the process.
In the future the person will be responsible for a small team of bakers.

We are looking for a passionate person, that is willing to develop the place from the beginning, learn together and has experience in different types of pastries (laminated is a must) and sourdough bread.
It is a must that a candidate speaks in fluent english and is a good communicator.

We don't want to limit you with "years of experience" because we want to talk with anyone that feels like it's about him/her.

We are offering a steady, full-time position starting with 32k sek/mo.
If you cannot engage full-time, but still meet requirements, apply as well.
We don't want to miss on an occasion to hire someone talented, I'd rather figure out to make it work with two people!

We want the head baker to start working mid-August, but if someone is found early on, we would love to involve this person in decision making about the equipment or the menu.
